In 2008, a prominent New Jersey developer and builder of large-scale commercial projects, Flex Warehouse, Inc.After 15 years of building buildings together with continued success, they sought our expertise in October 2021 for their latest project: the construction of two large, bespoke commercial flex-space buildings for future tenants.

We are therefore keen to prove that we can once again fulfil our clients' expectations of quality work, excellent communication and unwavering customer support.After all, it was these qualities that laid the foundation for our fifteen-year relationship.

As with most customisation projects, Based on the client's initial 2D elevations, we worked closely with their architects on a series of design iterations, knowing that we wouldn't stop until we found a successful solution.The design had to be cost effective and successfully balance dimensions, heights and several clearance requirements, whilst catering for the varied needs of future tenants.

The final result comprises two buildings, both of similar size and scope, each supporting four smaller outbuildings.Featuring an attractive two-colour insulated metal panel (IMP), 24-gauge standing seam roof, the first floor consists of four smaller mezzanines.Once the design was approved, fabrication began in March 2022, with deliveries starting just four weeks later to meet the client's desired schedule.

While not overly complex from a design and engineering standpoint, both buildings and their annexes required the integration of many different products, which required a high degree of co-ordination between suppliers and the expert project management for which we are known.

Apart from identifying damaged IMPs on site and replacing them in a timely manner, the installation progressed well during the summer of 2022, with both buildings completed by the autumn.Probably the biggest challenge we faced was accommodating the client's requests for modifications after the installation was completed.We kept our promise to be with our customers all the way, including post-installation, and we provided them with everything they wanted.Returning customers trust us to meet the standards of excellence we have set over the years, and we are ready to deliver.
